Recently, to increase security in Dubai, Immigration Authorities at Dubai International Airport are now performing random eye screening for visitors to Dubai.
If you are travelling to Dubai with a Dubai Visa, and are asked to proceed with the eye screening at the screening counter, you will be told to present a hard copy of your Dubai Visa or a printed copy of the Visa number confirmation page. If you do not have a copy of your Dubai Visa with you at the time being, you will be charged AED 30 per copy (AED currency only).
